We invite you to join us in making a difference in our Community. 

This year, the WilCo Chap Black & White Social will help raised funds for assisting local organizations provide grants and scholarships to benefit citizens of Williamson County.  Over the last decade, the Chaparral Women’s Club has granted more than $692,000 and dedicated countless volunteer hours to charitable organizations and individuals within our community.

The Chaparral Women’s Club anticipates an even more successful event this year. We hope to raise more than $50,000 this year to continue this good work. Your attendance will pave the way to helping many of our neighbors here in Williamson County.

Ticket Prices: Early Bird $85 (through March 14, 20220), after March 14 tickets are $95. You can purchase your tickets through your registration. You will receive your ticket(s) in the form of a QR via email for check-in upon arrival of the event. 

Table Prices: Tables with additional benefits can be purchased for $5,000 through a Chaps member, please contact any Chap member or email information@wilcochaps.org for more information.

Auctions: A live auction for larger items will take place at the event and an online silent auction will be available shortly before, during, and closing after the event. We will also be hosting a Wine Pull for $20 a bottle (with the chance to win something worth far more!), accepting both cash & PayPal.
