We are excited to partner with United Way of Greater Austin for our last Volunteer Service Project!
UNITED DAY OF CARING:
Other volunteers will gather together at multiple locations on Friday, June 2nd from 10am to 12pm to take on responsibilities at each non-profit. Chaparral Women's Club will be going to Berry Springs Park located in Georgetown. Full address will be provided the week of.
Here is what to expect on June 2nd:
United Way is partnering with Berry Springs Park! Volunteers, come ready to get a little dirty and wet, but for a great cause! Help to freshen up and beautify the pond at Berry Springs Park! Please bring water, sunscreen, bug repellant, closed toe shoes (rubber boots would be best) and dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Berry Springs park is outdoors so please be cautious with everything that bites, pricks or stings.
Monday, May 29th, Melissa (Service Project Chair) will take all volunteers names and contact information to United Way. Please be on the lookout for more information that includes, address, waiver form and more that week to complete the volunteer process for United Ways Day of Serving.
Thank you,
Melissa Schmalbach
