Our October Service Project is volunteering at HopeOpoly, sponsored by Hope House. They requested Chaps to volunteer as Table Hosts and also requested volunteers to sign up BEFORE SEPT. 30. Please sign up on the HopeOpoly link at the bottom of this message.

We have an incredible group of donors and community members coming together to help us build a new forever home for children and adults living with profound disabilities, and our Table Hosts will play a huge role in helping us make a powerful impression on everyone who walks through the doors.
Table Hosts will help make sure our guests feel welcomed, cared for, informed, and connected to what’s happening throughout the night. Think of the Chaps as our hospitality team for the room!
Please have everyone select the “Table Hosts” slot when signing up.
Ryan Boles will be leading our Table Host team. About two weeks before the gala, we’ll send everyone a simple training brief that walks through the role, expectations, flow of the evening, and answers any questions.
Then, on the day of HopeOpoly, we’ll have a Table Host huddle at 4:00 PM at Haute Spot. Ryan and our team will walk everyone through the plan so everyone feels confident and ready to go before our guests arrive. There will also be a t-shirt for all volunteers so that we are easily identifiable.
